Running Costs

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what are the latest annual running costs for which figures are available for (a) the National Rivers Authority, (b) the drinking water inspectorate, (c) Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution and (d) Ofwat.

The costs are broadly as follows:
