To ask the President of the Board of Trade (1) if he will list the groups and individuals consulted by his Department to date regarding (a) the draft terms of reference of the review of nuclear power, (b) the proposed composition of the committee which will undertake the review and its technical advisers and (c) the powers of such a committee;(2) if he will make it his policy to establish an independent committee to undertake the review into nuclear power scheduled for the current year;(3) when he plans to make a statement outlining the terms of reference and the timetable for his departmental review of nuclear power.

No decisions have yet been taken on the scope, timing and format of the nuclear review. A further announcement will be made in due course.
