To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the average price to the consumer of (a) a pint of milk, (b) a 21b loaf of bread and (c) a pint of beer in 1970, 1980 and each year since 1990.

The annual averages of the prices used for calculating the retail prices index are given in the table.
