To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what level of funding has been granted by his Department to local authorities in Wales towards the development of specialist therapeutic and support services for sexually abused childen and their families in each of the last three years.

Local authority social services expenditure is funded through the annual local authority revenue and capital settlements. It is for individual authorities to decide how to apportion those resources between and within services in accordance with their statutory obligations and their own priorities.
