To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he next plans to meet representatives of the local authority associations to discuss the report on the internal management of local authorities.
Mr. Baldry
My right hon. Friend has regular two-monthly informal meetings with the chairmen of the three local authority associations at which a wide range of issues are discussed. The next meeting is planned to take place in September.
