To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what response has been made to the report and representations made by the chairman of the Sea Fish Industry Authority to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, the hon. Member for Dumfries (Sir H. Monro), regarding the outcome of a recent seminar held in Inverness on the subject of several orders; and if he will make a statement.

I shall write to the hon. Member and arrange for a copy of the letter to be placed in the Library of the House.
