To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security, pursuant to his answer of 28 October 1992, Official Report, column 736, if he will give the average equivalised income at April 1993 prices for the poorest 20 per cent. of individuals in households of families with children, excluding and including free school meals, both before and after housing costs.

The information requested is in the table. All information is presented according to households below average incomes conventions.
