To ask the Secretary of State for Health on how many occasions in each of the last five years her Department prosecuted a drug product licence holder for false or misleading advertising within the meaning of section 92 of the Medicines Act 1968.

No medicines product licence holders have been prosecuted for offences relating to misleading advertising during the last five years.
