To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage what arrangements she will make to reply to the letter sent by Norman Robson of 167 Ninian Park road, Riverside, Cardiff, to the Millennium Commission dated 4 July referring to an unanswered question in previous letters concerning the Commission's policy and procedures for establishing a degree of public support for projects seeking grant aid; and what is her policy on the speed with which letters to the Millennium Commission should be answered. [35983]

This is a matter for the Millennium Commission. I shall reply to the hon. Member in my capacity as chairman of the commission and place copies of my reply in the Libraries of the House.
