To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will make a statement on the relative level of satisfaction in respect of the export promotion service recorded for (a) small service businesses and (b) other exporters. [36300]

My Department has a regular customer satisfaction survey that collects information on the satisfaction levels for all chargeable services. This quarterly survey employs a random sample methodology of users. It is not possible, therefore, to separate out the small service companies from the rest.However, it should be noted that the overall satisfaction level for all services is 75 per cent.
