To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what have been the costs of assisting GP fundholders with information technology expenditure in each year since 1991–92. [35387]

[holding answer 18 July 1995]: Information available centrally relates only to direct payments to GP fundholders for computing costs made by health boards under the statement of fees and allowances. This information from 1992–93—the first year in which it was available centrally—until 30 September 1994 the latest date available, is set out in the table.
