To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the consideration of the affairs of the Algrade trust by the Scottish Charities Office; if he will make further provision, to improve the accommodation and care of residents on the trust's premises at Humbie; and if the Crown Office intends to take any action against the former trustees.
