To ask the Secretary of State for Health which services currently provided by regional health authorities are being considered for provision by outside contractors when regional health authorities are abolished from April 1996; which services have already been put out to tender; and which companies won the tender in the case of contracts already awarded. [35829]

Details of services formerly or currently provided by regional health authorities that have recently been sold or transferred to outside contractors, or whose future is still under consideration will be placed in the Library.
