To ask the Attorney-General, pursuant to his answer on 22 May, Official Report, column 592, when he expects the Serious Fraud Office to complete its investigation into Mr. Nick Leeson. [34433]

Inquiries outstanding include the obtaining of information from Singapore. It is not possible at this stage to say when inquiries will be completed.

To ask the Attorney-General on what occasions representatives of (a) the Serious Fraud Office and (b) other investigative authorities have travelled to Germany to seek to interview Mr. Nick Leeson. [34418]
