To ask the Deputy Prime Minister if he will make a statement on morale in the civil service since 5 July. [35897]

Morale in the civil service is best maintained at a high level by allowing staff to perform to the best of their abilities in their chosen career. This Government's civil service reforms enable staff to focus their attention on delivering high quality public services efficiency and effectively.
