To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what proportion of funding has been delegated to the schools budget in this financial year in each English and Welsh county. [36769]

The table shows the percentage of the potential schools budget delegated to schools in 1995–96 by each county local education authority in England. The funding of schools in Wales is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
