Schools Budget

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will show for each local education authority for the year 1995–96 the element of the potential schools budget which is not delegated to schools through the aggregated schools budget, expressed (a) as a percentage of the potential schools budget and (b) as a sum of money per pupil in schools covered by the local management of schools scheme. [25037]

[pursuant to his reply, 24 May 1994, c. 614–15]:The following revised and updated table, setting out the percentage of the potential schools budget not delegated by each LEA for 1995–96, should be substituted for the table contained in the answer given to the hon. Member on 24 May.
