To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will show for each local education authority for the year 1995–96 the element of the potential schools budget which is not delegated to schools through the aggregated schools budget, expressed (a) as a percentage of the potential schools budget and (b) as a sum of money per pupil in schools covered by the local management of schools scheme.
