To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what contracts qualify for operations under the provisions of section 70 and schedule 13 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1992 in respect of the enterprise zone operated by the London Docklands development corporation, stating the nature of each contract and the date of commencement of any building completed or planned. [holding answer 19 October 1995]: I am unable to supply the information requested because the types of contract referred to result from detailed discussions between the individual developers and the Inland Revenue. Neither the Department nor the London Docklands development corporation is privy to those discussions.
