To ask the President of the Board of Trade what were the costs of the refurbishment of his Department's buildings in the past two years. [38451]

The Department has carried out the following refurbishments over the past two years, listed by year of project completion:

The refurbishment of 1 Victoria street achieved practical completion in the current financial year. For the costs of that project, I refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the then President of the Board of Trade to the hon. Member for Cunninghame, South (Mr. Donohoe), on 21 June 1995,
