To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list for the Doncaster travel-to-work area the current numbers of (a) casual and (b) fixed-term appointments in each Department of Transport office; and what were the figures 12 months ago. [39055]

According to the Department's personnel information systems, the numbers of casual and fixed-term appointments in my Department in the Doncaster area at 1 October 1995 and those of 12 months ago are given in the table.
