To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food from which budget heading will come the savings necessary in order for his Department to meet the spending reductions indicated for the next three years in the public expenditure survey 1995 outcome public expenditure plan for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The necessary savings have been found across a wide range of the Department's activities, involving most of the 80 programmes which cover all of the Department's work.
