To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will list each local authority in England which achieved (a) less than 50 per cent. and (b) between 50 per cent. and 60 per cent. of its target level of weekly benefit savings resulting from the detection of housing benefit fraud in the last available year; and if he will list the actual percentage achieved by each local authority which achieved less than 50 per cent. of its target.
