To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what breaches of planning permission have occurred at the Edgewater development to the north and west of Norfolk avenue, Donaghadee; and if he will make a statement. [9311]

The Department considered that the continued use of Norfolk avenue to access the development site would be a breach of planning control. The Department contacted the developer about this and the matter is resolved as the access is no longer in use.
