Four oral questions, tabled by the hon. Members for the Isle of Wight (Mr. Field), for Pembroke (Mr. Ainger), for Rotherham (Mr. MacShane) and for Newport, West (Mr. Flynn), have been transferred to other Departments since the establishment of the Department for Education and Employment.
