To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage if she will list the number, nature and value of contracts awarded by his Department to Coopers and Lybrand, KPMG, Price Waterhouse, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and Touche, Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton, BDO Stoy Hayward, Pannel Kerr Forster, and Robson Rhodes and their subsidiaries and associates, during 1995 and 1996. The agencies for which my Department is responsible have not let any contracts with the companies listed during 1995 and 1996. However, contracts with the following companies were let by my Department during that period. The contracts were awarded for various policy reviews and to provide management advice.
