To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many fair employment cases taken against Queen's university, Belfast, have been settled out of court; [36603](2) what legal costs have been paid by Queen's university, Belfast, in relation to fair employment cases in each of the last 10 years; [36601](3) what disciplinary action has been taken against employees of Queen's university, Belfast, for failure to implement fair employment legislation and practice; [36604](4) what compensation costs have been paid by Queen's university, Belfast, in relation to fair employment cases in each of the last 10 years. [36602]

The information requested is not held by my Department, but I have asked the vice-chancellor of Queen's university, Belfast to write to the hon. Member and I will place a copy of the letter in the Library.
