To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the implications for environmental protection policy for coastal waters of the decision of the Court of Session, announced on 16 September, on compensation claims made by Shetland islanders for oil pollution contamination arising from the Braer tanker accident of January 1993.
