Social Security Bill Ways And Means

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52(1)(a),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Social Security Bill, it is expedient to authorise any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which—
  • (a) under any other Act are payable into the Consolidated Fund; or
  • (b) under the Social Security Administration Act 1992 are to be taken as paid towards the cost of the National Health Service in Great Britain.—[Mr. Kevin Hughes.]
