To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will be taking into account factors relating to economic and social deprivation when assessing the improvement in performance that schools need to make in order to be eligible for a share of the £1.3 billion set aside for capital funding to deal with their disrepair; and how these factors will be weighted in the analysis.
