To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what is the planned date of publication of the report on the review of the all-work test. [17647]

As part of our Comprehensive Spending Review, we are looking at all aspects of current provision for sick and disabled people. Our objectives are to ensure that sick and disabled people who want to work are helped to do so and those who cannot are given appropriate support. This means that we are considering carefully the appropriateness of the All-work Test as we develop our proposals. The Comprehensive Spending Review was announced on 11 June and is expected to take around a year to complete.
