To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will establish an independent appeals procedure for refusal of visitors' visas. [18317]

We are committed to providing a streamlined right of appeal for visitors denied a visa and we are examining the options for achieving this. We hope to make an announcement in due course.
