To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the amount of EU finance for fishing in the form of (a) decommissioning grants and (b) support for construction and rebuilding grants given to (i) the United Kingdom, (ii) Spain and (iii) the Netherlands for each year since 1990, together with the amount of nationally funded support known to him.
