To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what plans he has for departmental (a) White and (b) Green Papers to be made available on floppy disk format in a form which facilitates access for the visually impaired. [67839]

Under current publishing arrangements FCO would make any White or Green papers available on its Web site—www.fco.gov.uk. Standard Web browsing software allows documents to be viewed online in large fonts, or downloaded for use in specialised computer systems for the visually impaired. There are no plans to supplement this by floppy disk distribution.
