To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what involvement fleet managers have had in drawing up his Department's green transport plan. [77961]

My Department is drawing up green transport plans for all headquarters buildings and main buildings occupied by Executive Agencies and Government Offices for the Regions by the end of this month and for all other key buildings by March 2000.My Department does not have fleet managers, but has drawn on best practice in developing its green transport plans.
