To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what correspondence his (a) Department and (b) office have received from (i) posts abroad and (ii) the Prime Minister's office on placement of articles written by the Prime Minister in the foreign media, which would facilitate identification of those articles; and if he will make a statement.
