To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many juvenile offenders have breached (a) probation conditions and (b) curfew orders in the East Riding of Yorkshire in each year since 1997. [105231]

The Probation Order became the Community Rehabilitation Order in April 2001. Breaches dealt with by courts in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and the relevant Crown court, were as follows:
