Within the Bury St. Edmunds district, 15 units have been bought through interest free equity loans under the Homebuy scheme covering the financial years 1999–2000 to 2002–03. A further 10 units are likely to be purchased during this current financial year. The total amount of funding for all 25 units is £649,635.
