To ask the Deputy Prime Minister if he will ask the Standards Board for England to look into allegations of unlawful practice by members of the Cheltenham Borough Council Cabinet. [110984]

Any person—including hon. Members— may make a written allegation to the Standards Board that a member of a local authority has breached the code of conduct; the Board is statutorily required to consider all such allegations.
