To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions pursuant to his answer of 6 May 2003, Official Report, column 552W, on invalid care allowance, if he will estimate in how many of the successful claims in each quarter by people over state pension age payment was not made because of the operation of the overlapping benefits regulations. [112367]
