To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with the Israeli Government regarding the requirement for foreigners entering the Gaza Strip to sign waivers which absolve the Israeli army of responsibility should they be injured or killed by Israeli forces.[[113734]

I have asked officials to take this matter up with the Israeli authorities in London and Tel Aviv as soon as possible.
