To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how much money from (a) mainstream EU programmes and (b) special EU initiatives has been allocated to (i) Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland, (ii) Teesside and (iii) the Government Office of the North East region in each year since 1997.
