To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the constitutional convention that governs the relationship between the UK and its Overseas Territories on matters relating to finance policy. [115319]

The Overseas Territories pass their own legislation on a wide range of areas. However, the United Kingdom retains the power to legislate for the Overseas Territories.
