To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what policy on (a) core hours and (b) flexible working hours is operated by his Department and each agency and non-departmental public body for which his Department is responsible. [107656]

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister is committed to accommodating staff who request to work flexibly subject to overriding operational requirements. Most organisations within the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister operate a flexible working hours system. Flexible working start times and finish times and core hours vary to reflect the operational requirements of the areas of work.
