To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many procedures were postponed at hospitals in Northern Ireland during the last 12 months. [116967]

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many (a) out-patient attendances, (b) accident and emergency assessments and (c) in-patient admissions there were during (i) the first quarter and (ii) 2002 at hospitals in Northern Ireland. [116971]

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many (a) inpatient admissions, (b) out-patient appointments and (c) other attendances at hospitals in Northern Ireland there were in the last year by citizens of the Republic of Ireland. [116973]

During 2002–03 the total number of inpatient admissions at hospitals in Northern Ireland where the patient was recorded as a resident in the Republic of Ireland was 2,322. Patients may have been admitted on more than one occasion.Figures for the number of
