To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the meeting held by his Department in London in January on export controls of small arms; and what minimum standards were agreed for exports of small arms and light weapons. [117916]

I refer the right hon. and learned Member to the answer given by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, my hon.
