To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the cumulative net surplus or deficit from target was for each primary care trust in (a) 2003–04, (b) 2004–05 and (c) 2005–06. [117937]

Primary care trusts do not have a target related to a cumulative net surplus or deficit.
