To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will publish the advice given to him by the Commission for Social Care Inspection. [120394]

The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) will provide the Secretary of State with advice on a variety of different subjects. Some of this may be appropriate for publication. However, in other cases it may contain confidential information. It will be a matter for CSCI with the Secretary of State as appropriate, to decide if its advice should be published.
