To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) how many postage stamps have been sold at a discounted price in the last 12 months; [118230](2) whether rural post offices may sell postage stamps at a discounted price; [118231](3) what assessment she has made of the competitive implications of selling of stamps at discounted prices.
