To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills pursuant to his answer of 10 June 2003, Official Report, column 784W, on specialist status schools, if he will make a statement on the statistical significance of an added value measure of (a) + 1 percentage point for specialist sports colleges and (b) - 1.5 percentage points compared with all non-selective, non specialist schools and non-selective sports colleges.
