To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many overseas students are learning in UK further education colleges; and what target was set in 1999. [122284]

Latest figures for 2001/02 show there were 47,786 non-European Union international students and 13,100 European Union

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what proportion of people earning £800 or more per week have level 4 qualifications. [123357]

The Labour Force Survey estimates that two-thirds (67 per cent.) of employees of working age in the UK with gross weekly earnings of £800 or more have a level 4 qualification or above.
