To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what proportion of people earning £800 or more per week have level 4 qualifications. 
The Labour Force Survey estimates that two-thirds (67 per cent.) of employees of working age in the UK with gross weekly earnings of £800 or more have a level 4 qualification or above.
